Shipment methods

For orders received in the system until 11 am on the day of issue by the customer, we will process the shipment on the corresponding day, whenever: 

The expedition is in national territory 

The customer accepts the associated distribution costs in lieu of collection at the collection point 

 On any orders shipped by us, we will guarantee a tracking number that will allow the customer to track their order. From the dispatch of our warehouses, the distribution in the national territory can take place between 24 to 72 working hours. 

Distribution costs will be charged to our portal via a business partner and the customer will be able to view the cost associated with delivery at checkout. 

For orders equal to or less than €50, there may be an additional cost for transport through the delivery area.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact us at assistant@mccosmetic.com and document the reason for the return. mccosmetics quality team will evaluate.

The products must be intact in their original packaging and must not have been opened. Otherwise, their return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you have made a mistake with the product or changed your mind after receiving your order, we recommend that you make a return and a new order with the correct product.

Fraud

Fake medical cosmetics, real danger Counterfeit or adulterated products are punished by law and is really dangerous, increasing the risk to human health. Therefore, always purchase mccosmetics product through a representative of ours. If you are in any doubt that the product might be fraudulent, please contact us. 

If by any chance, you approach any products such as the ones below, please inform us immediately.
